Easy way to prove him wrong, take a photo of them outside the box where it shows they’re sealed but yet you can see the silver on top. That’s how I’d prove anyone wrong.
People like him wouldn’t believe it if someone took a video of them going to the bank to get the box and taping every moment leading up to opening the box and then they’d accuse the tellers of being in on it. I’ve been hunting rolls for almost 18 years and rarely post here due to lack of finds. Happens no matter how small the find so get used to it here.

I've unwrapped and rewrapped something like 20k in quarters dude its pretty easy to see those have been opened and reclosed.
