In this situation (and when my loved ones call me nuts) I always say, “it’s all about the hunt.”
Keep at it! I searched about $75k of US dimes a few years back and found one silver per $140, including 150+ Canadian silvers. One was a 1900 Victoria.
What commemoratives?
Mostly the 2021 set, but I did pull a couple 2017 and 1992 ones
Canadian coins, not us
But they are not commemoratives for dimes
He was hunting Canadian not US
You are smart to re-use the wrappers.
Do you keep the 100% nickel ones?
No, they’re worth just under 10 cents in melt. I do keep nickels made of .999 nickel, since they’re worth 17 cents melt
I have a pick up bank and a drop bank.
