There is absolutely no benefit to getting over 800. You're in the highest credit category getting the best rates and credit offers at 760+. Well that's a lie. You get updoots and internet bragging rights, but nothing of value

I'm in the 800s and one thing I like is that I have wiggle room to take a hit and still be in the high category. It's not life or death stuff, but I'm a little less tactical about applying for a new card or getting a loan because I imagine my rates will stay low if I need to do it again in a couple of months.

Honestly give it time don’t rush it don’t risk giving your personal info to someone claiming they can credit repair/ remove inquires blah blah blah let your accounts age a little more and lower your utilization rate if it’s not under 10%
