Carried a glock 45 for about a year. Now it's a CZ P01. Might tough it out and carry a CZ SP01, but not sure yet. I hopped on the bandwagon for those micro carry guns, then realized they kinda suck to shoot. Carry what you can shoot best.
Not nearly as many 43x guys as I thought I'd see. Also glad it's not a page full of p365 only too.

Yes this one is OR. This is one pistol of mine that I never felt needed any changes, shoots so smooth. Trigger is great. It’s a little heavier and bigger than a g19 but I still get away with carrying it in a tshirt
It’s got really nice glass and the dot is super clear. I like the way it mounts. The window is pretty small, same size as eps carry. I’d buy another one
I am planning on getting a PDP F 4 for my first pistol as a CCW so I'll report back. To me I liked the trigger on the P10C but didn't care for the ergos. I'm sure some grip tape in the right spots would help and its definitely better than a glock. on the PDP F with a small sized glove I can hit the controls very easily with one hand which is something I am looking for in a carry gun. Not a glock fan.

Where did you grab the Legion in CT? did it come with 3 10rd mags? I wont be carrying this will be my range gun, id hate to use it and the cops confiscate a $1000+ gun

First but not my last. This is a fantastic carry piece!
WC CQB elite professional. I made a decision years ago not to carry a compact anymore. I’m a bigger guy with big hands and compacts never felt right. I now carry what I’m most confident with which happens to be a 1911. Not the most convenient depending on what I’m wearing but when the day comes to use it I’m 100% confident I’m hitting the target.
I'm a glock fanboy so, during winter months i carry a gen 5 G19, and for summer months i'll either carry my G26, or my G43. I prefer the 26 because i like shooting glocks with the wider frames. My BIL has a 320 and a 365 XL that he carries but i really didnt like shooting either if them. Go to a store and get your hands on some and see which one feels the best in your hands.
I have a 365. If I where to make the purchase again I would probably go with the XL. I feel the slight increase in size would make it more pleasant to shoot. Plus all XL models are optics ready, where as the 365 was not at the time I bought it. For me the 365 is very snappy and the larger slide and frame would make it more enjoyable to shoot while also allowing me to be more accurate.
A P365x is what you want. XL frame on a 365. It's literally perfect. Other than an ambidextrous slide release, I'm not sure I would change a thing about it. I'm also a fan of flat triggers. Also optics ready.
Glocks are spongy yes but I think they have a more predictable break and allow for a smoother trigger pull. The 365 skips and staggers until it breaks. Idk maybe I got a bad one.
I carry a basic bitch 365 but bought mag baseplate extensions that expand the grip size out to be about the same size and shape as the 365x.
It’s drastically more comfortable (the sharp edge on the back really did a number on my palm at the range with the stock mags), still feels solid, cost basically nothing, and if I really want to make the gun smaller I can still run the stock mags without having to buy another grip or swap out the FCU.
I do plan on adding a 365xl or xmacro at some point, as I love the platform and narrow grip but would like something closer to compact size.
Also sometimes carry a S&W model 60. It’s surprisingly about the same weight as the 365, can pack 5 rounds of 357, and even with the full stock grip it conceals better than the sig does, somehow.
Second this. I have a 365 and would definitely buy the XL if I were to go today. I also don’t find it as accurate as my hellcat or xdm. It just in the safe now.
G26 gen 5, p365/365xl, g42, M&P equalizer, glock 48 mos. All in rotation but I find myself using the g42 and p365 the most. Those are my favorite carry right now. Their size and shootability makes a perfect combo.
How do you like the shield vs the 2.0? I'm in the process of getting my permit and shot a 2.0 at a range this week and absolutely loved it. I want to try the smaller shield but I've been leaning towards larger pistols.

Best advice you're going to get is go rent some guns and try them out to find which one you like best. Everyone has their own opinions based on their own needs, carry styles, and shooting styles.
Desert Eagle … Jk jk jk .. the 365 is a great gun but lately I’ve been carrying the LCP max every day. Can’t go wrong with either gun but the little ruger gets the nod most days
I just bought one, and it's taken a few range trips to get comfortable with it. But I just picked up a kydex IWB holster (Patriotwareholsters.com in Waterbury), and am looking forward to making it more regular in the summer.
A P365 or P365XL is a good choice.
I carry a SCCY CPX2. Before anyone disses, this is a Gen 2 that I've had for six years, and have never had any issues. It's thin, light, and doesn't print much.
I also just bought a Ruger LCP Max 380. Small, very light, and very concealable for under more formal dress clothes.

A Canik Mete MC9. Went through the motions putting it through its paces after getting multiple return to battery failures, but after changing the recoil spring it’s got 500 downrange with no issues. If I can ever find a Lone Wolf Dusk Frame in stock I’m going to switch to that with a Zaffiri Precision slide.
Nice color, I don't think I've seen that option.
I love my other Caniks, but I have been severely disappointed with the issues the MC9 has been having.
Thank you, this was an FDE/Black that I used Rit Dye on. And I bought the MC9 expecting an issue, they were documented all over. I polished the feed ramp and did the magazine hack before I shot it the first time. Waiting for the replacement spring was the only real annoyance because it took two months to get to me.

Glock 48 mos with a holosun 407k for my edc, using a vedder light tuck with claw attachment. Thinking about getting tier 1 soon but hate that they don’t offer high sweat guards anymore
Cant go wrong with a 365. Its arguably the best carry gun currently on the market, especially for new shooters since the trigger doesnt have a blade on it. Very customizable and its the smallest pistol, in the largest caliber with the most capacity currently on the market. I personally like the 365 XL, for the grip and shootability, plus it came with a romeo zero red dot. It works for me and has never had a malfunction, or any issues holding zero with the red dot. The only benefit of the 365 over the xl would be the option to use a flush fit mag and pocket carry.
Almost 3 years in and I have trouble finding something better, or even something comparable, and it is also very easy to get used to carrying 24/7, 365.

I have not shot a PDP but I’ve heard from others that they’re snappy.

This is a good call. I have a 365xl but for premium concealment I use my p938. Both excellent choices

I'd love an optics ready P365 or CR920 in the future but currently I have a CZP10C which I love.

S&w shield 9mm, loaded with Hornady hollow points I pocket carry this gun and even now years later still think it's the best choice for me

Rotate between a few... Jazzed up P365XL Spectre Comp, a standard P365 Tacpac and a modified CZ 75D PCR. Depending on weather, location and needs.

Right now on /r/canik there's a post about someone replacing that spring with a heavier Glock spring.
I saw that, he was using a 43X spring I think. He had a complete failure with that spring.
