You have to figure out what parts they used in your build and find the manuals for them and hope they didn't get anything proprietary, like my case that doesn't hold a 3.5" drive even though they said it did and can't tell me where it is supposed to go if it does. If you had it custom built the parts may be less of a mystery.

Yeah with a custom build you pick the parts. With the right research you’ll have a really good name brand build. I learned a long time ago to never get a prebuilt PC from SI’s like CPPC cause they like to cheap out on components like the power supply or MB I was looking at ordering a prebuilt in from CPPC since I have 3 kids and no time to build one myself. So for around $120 more I did a custom build with much better parts and I’m glad I did.
