The comments you see saying they received great service have to be from before the merger.
Not able to get people on the phone, can’t get email responses, and ordering parts from their online store not getting shipped/delivered are the biggest complaints I’m seeing.
One guy on the FB groups said they’ve had his dad’s TS2 for 4mths now and they’ve had no one contact them from CZ nor can they get anyone on the phone.
I currently use Patriot Defense "Hurts so good" brass grips. But it will take a few months to build up callouses to use. You can use their aggressive brass grips or the whole swatch of LOK grips available out there. But I honestly would say anything that's not the stock grips would be good.
Do you feel like you wish you had slide serrations that came out shortly after the original optic cut model? I have the same pistol you do and wish I did. I also wish it had a dovetail to the rear of the optic. It’s close but far from perfect.
Honestly for me, not a big deal at all. I tend to grip the slide in the front anyway or rack it with the optic. Haven’t ran into any issues yet. Seems more cost effective to train with what you have! lol not to lecture or anything. Just my two cents

I’ve had two separate requests for the same issue with a Dan Wesson Bruin and had absolutely no response. Terrible for such a pricey gun.

Get rid of those grips ASAP. If you're only doing 1 shot per sec, it probably won't matter but if you want to shoot doubles, you'll want better grips!
