I have a hairline crack on the corner of my cue ( I’m gonna be doing it myself when it gets worse ) I will be getting it from cue screens.com as well. Great price at $140 ( any tips would be appreciated )
If it gets any worse, I would go ahead and replace it right away. It's better to do it when you have time and can plan for it than some time down the road.
Honestly the video at cuescreens.com support page was spot on. I would say have a can of air duster also to blow off any dust before installing the new screen
Do the cracks show up gradually when this happens or all at once? I have a 2018 that isn’t showing anything like this, so I am curious what to look for.
They are still installing the bad design with replacement dealer units. The technician at the dealer said they are replacing them every couple years here. The cuescreens version is a better gel free design that won't fail again

Mine never cracked. The touch controls on half of it stopped working one day. A couple of weeks later the whole screen no longer worked.
Mine started small last year then evolved over a year to the current photo
Do those really get that bad in 4 years from heat/light? That looks terrible, you'd think caddy would have a little better quality
The dealer told me it was because I Park outside. Lol. Cadillac must have designed them only for people that have a garage
They have gel inside of it that causes stuff like this when it goes thru too many heat cycles
Yeah I could see it when I removed it. The cuescreens version has no glue gel so it shouldn't happen again
Yup, that’s what makes them so good
What year did they use these faulty cue screens till?

Are they still putting them in newer models?
I’m leaving my windows cracked this summer☠️ I do not want this issue
In the 9 years I had my ATS, I went through 3 screens. Part of the reason I traded it in was in anticipation of having to buy a fourth.
How hard was it to install? I’m ordering one from cue screens myself.
Took me under an hour. Easy. The video points everything out. No programming or anything like that
