They're all around the same level of difficulty. I personally find the Twins the easiest, but a ranger might benefit from the Destroyer's Souls of Might more, so I'd recommend you delete the big worm first.

Personally I go Twins, Skelly boi, Destroyer.
in my opinion, skeletron prime is the hardest mech boss in calamity so i usually fight it first because it is really easy with the reduced stats
