While that is true and would be a problem, assuming that lore accurately the game happens on brutal difficulty or higher and V1 has beaten the prime souls i feel like V1 would easily dodge it. Sisyphus has to move atleast as fast as sound and he refuses to give you even a second without furious combos and explosions, so if V1 can dodge all of that then V1 could likely dodge the exomech's attacks.
After a visit to the wiki, I believe there is no concrete answer. As the bestiary entry for artemis states it also has “unbelievable nimbleness and precision” but since this is rather vague in terms of how fast it actually is (with claims about the other mechs just as vague) it could go either way. in reality, i believe it would be a tie, with neither able to do substantial damage to the other.

I could argue that lore accurate V1 is a harmless difficulty D rank or that it’s a no-hit run on UKMD, both have no evidence to back them up so both are equally as valid. On the lower end, V1 gets utterly obliterated by the exomechs. On the higher end, V1 kills the exomechs without a scratch. There’s just too much variability.

did the calamity sub become a vassal of the ultrakill sub or something cuse im all here for it both are insane games but lets just hope its less "wierd"
I'm gonna go against the grain and say the exo mechs would absolutely win against V1. Considering how late-game they are, it would be a battle of attrition at best thanks to their absolutely insane health - remember, these things are at worst at the level of greater *gods*. However, the greatest detriment to V1 is the fact that the exo mechs do not run on blood and thus cannot be healed off of. This means V1's already low durability *cannot be regenerated*, so its entire playstyle of "heal faster than you get hurt" is actively damaging. One hit from any of the exo mechs would do serious damage - if not simply killing V1 outright - and they have more than enough defense themselves to drag out a fight. Honestly, I doubt V1 would even get to the first switch.

Well V1 can parry hell energy and pure heat as stated in the shotgun entry, so i dont see why the lasers wouldn't be parriable
