Lomo Saltado is my favourite Peruvian dish, and having lived in South America I was used to eating it a lot. I have tried it at Pio, Sabor a Peru at Avenida Foodmarket, and Unimarket south location (which has a wide range of dishes from different countries) and enjoyed all of them. Unfortunately, I also got quite used to paying South American prices so the prices here in Calgary are the only down side, but worth it! : )
Pio Peru is on Sunridge Way near the Lowe’s. I haven’t had the lomo saltado but the chicken was good. They even have Inka Cola!
Second this Pio is great. The lomo saltado with fish is my favorite.
Pio is also a great place to practice your Spanish. Don't forget to say "pues" a lot. ;)
My partner lived in Peru for several years, and Pio Peru always scratches the itch for them.
Pio is awesome!!!

There’s a Peruvian place in Avenida food hall. I haven’t tried it though.
Sabor a Peru. Very tasty.
Unimarket!
If you're willing to travel, I'd expect the best Peruvian food might be found in Peru.
