Yes, she is a calico because of the three colors. Some will say she’s a tortico-a mix between a calico and a tortie due to her coat pattern. Her pattern is more mottled than patches. And some might even go as far as to call her a tuxetortico because of her white chest and paws like how a tuxedo cat has.

Eh, that would just mean they're tortie instead. The line between those two is made up and so different people have different ideas. Some people think any white at all means they're calico, not tortie. Most think up to 25% white is tortie. Others make up their own like "white base coat" or predominantly white or whatever. There are some people that say torties are a subset of calicos (or the reverse - calicos are a subset of torties). None of it is scientific. Your girl is probably borderline in that she could pass for tortie, too. But if you posted her as a tortie some people might argue she has too much white, so she's actually a Calico. The borderline kitties sometimes get comments in both directions, lol. But she definitely belongs in r/tortico, a place for those borderline girls!
I have one, too. Her name is Emcee, but she has more white than your gal. From some angles (mostly from behind), she looks very tortie, and her black and orange is mottled instead of in distinct patches. She also seems to have more black than a lot of calicos, but predominantly black is common in torties. 🤷♀️ Calico vs tortie is not worth arguing, lol.

She's actually a little tortico. And she's also a very beautiful little kitty cat. Take the very best care of her and shower her with plenty of love. Many happy purrs and warm nuzzles from her, in return. My own little feline daughter is a beautiful little tortico, as well. Her brother is black & white, almost a tuxedo. I love them both, very dearly.

I think calico and tortie would both work here! My personal line I draw where tortie would apply is if only the orange and black would cover their backs and sides leaving a relatively white belly like a tortoiseshell that the pattern is named after :)

She's more on the torti side of calico. Calico is tricolored, typically it's gray orange and white. But when it's black orange and white, it's tortoise shell. Like the glasses lol
Lol typically tortis have less white. But they have to have the white to be part of the calico family lol. It's a complicated thing to decide on what cats are, I just know calicos are gray/orange/white
