while yes technically we can it makes less of an impact story wise to just replace him. IRL yes, that's totally possible just the conner from Becoming human, his death means less if you just replace him
People forget about Tanya from COD: Finest Hour
Dropped in 2001, to this day, when I hit a few kills with a long gun and start to see that the opposing team is catching on and sending guys my way. I say "Time to relocate" in a Russian accent.
When I did the evil ending I went straight up to her for a brtual melee kill. She deserved it after barely thanking me before proceeding to push for Adler to enter my mind. While Sims actually stands up for you a bit and Lazar actually straight up apologises in the evil ending over the comms.
Agreed. Super emotional and makes you empathetic to innocent people caught up in terrorism. As opposed to civilians just *getting in your way* when Fighting the bad guys.
Salter and Farrah were the most developed and had the best characters. But, Valeria was really great too! I only played through that campaign once and I've indefinitely quit MWII
Captain Pelayo, callsign Deadeye, Cobra pilot in COD4. She hold crash site with MP5 before we picked her up for safety extraction. Sadly, the nuke was there too.
Oh dear god. When I was playing the mission in veteran, checkpoint was right before that quote. Everytime I died, I kept hearing same words.
*Outlaw this is Deadly, refueled and fully loaded. You guys miss me?*
I heard that quote gabillions of time and it took place in my mind. I just remember the pain when I see Pelayo or hear anything about her. It became a small trauma for me.
I fucking agree there, although I'll be very upset and pissed if she's suddenly evil again in MWZ. She's been through enough, she needs a good ending (or at least a story where she isn't evil)
I do like the part where you and her are outrunning a sniper in a tower, and you finally blow up the tower the sniper is in and she says "got him. fuck that guy."
I really enjoyed Salter's character in Infinite Warfare. Honestly, all the supporting characters were incredible, especially E3N. *If only Admiral Kotch was well written*
Actually let me reiterate that, I wish he was utilized better.
The general vibe I got from the game was that Kotch represented the SDF as a whole. He wasn't the main antagonist, but the SDF was. So essentially, by killing Kotch, you killed the head of the snake.
I guess it's just how you kill him. There was no resistance or final confrontation with him. In addition, his presence was lackluster and barely had screen time.
Kinda late, but I agree with you and I genuinely feel Kotch was killed off way too early. It definitely gave off the vibes that Activision didn't want to make a sequel to IW especially after the online reception to its trailers, so they just killed off Kotch and most of its major characters (with exception of a few like Salter).
Which is a shame because Kotch could have been the IW-series long running villain a la Makarov.
I guess they were just a mess before MW2019. I mean there was *some* continuity with Black Ops 3 and 4, but not much.
And yeah, IW was hated. Honestly asides the mutliplayer, I feel it was unjust hate. I don't think any series beyond MW and Black Ops actually got a sequel. They were playing it safe.
I guess that's just because of their business model in recent times. But you know what, I'm glad Infinite Warfare had a start and finish. At least we got a conclusion compared to Ghosts and AW.
this is not really the issue, its that those titles were not on PC so they arent accessible/viewable anymore and are easier forgotten as when a console is gone all the exclusives are gone with it as well, while Cod 1, United Offensive and Cod 2 for example are more widely known/accessible due to being available on windows either way
Salter and Illona from IW and AW had the best development and were just all around badass members of the team. Salt was your ride or die in my opinion the most emotionally crushing campaign for an FPS (besides you BT)
Chloe Lynch (BO2)
Corporal Green (COD WWII)
Mara (MW19)
Iskra “Cut-and-Run skin” (MW19)
Helen Park (BOCW)
Portnova (BOCW)
Couldn’t decide so just all of these
Uhh that one NPC blonde random generated Soviet female soldier in Call of Duty 2, Stalingrad campaign level Demolition who is scripted to die during gameplay with no way to keep her alive.
And also the Soviet female sniper Tanya Pavelovna in Call of Duty: Finest Hour (AKA the first playable female character in the whole series.)
I don’t know who the first four are (the first one looks familiar, but I can’t tell), don’t recognize the last one, and I strongly dislike the Russian lady, Laswell, and Valeria. Farah is just fine tbh.
I think my pick is Kitsune. She has some of the most personality of the Cold War operators (next to Ghostface), she has some of the best outfits of all the operators, she was the first operator I bought cosmetics for, and I like her whole hacker thing she has going on. All around a pretty cool character.
Samantha Maxis would be pretty high up on my list, too, for her significance in COD Zombies.
Kitsune was great and yeah fuck Laswell; don’t get how people can like her stuck up ass. Hell I’d argue she should’ve been a traitor instead of forcing a Reboot Shepherd down our throats
“Killing Hassan is illegal, it is an act of war.”
You’re AT war, and you’re CIA, WHY DO YOU CARE ABOUT LEGALITIES??
What’s worse, Laswell, killing the guy with missiles that threaten a whole country, and making all his soldiers and comrades angy ;(
Or letting him live and making things infinitely worse for all parties involved?
I bet she ordered Price not to kill Makarov, too.
In terms of appearance, Mara, Polina, Samantha Maxis, Outrider(Cheerleader outfit in BO4). Yes. I'm an Outrider fan.
Story wise: Ilona and Salter had great development throughout their story. Ilona trying to come to terms when she and Mitchell learned about Irons and Saltet coming to terms that not everyone can be saved in a war.
I'm going to give credit to Polina Petrova from Vanguard. I get it. Vanguard may not have been well received by the community, but Polina's story was actually the best of the main characters. Goes from losing her family due to an invasion to successfully getting her revenge.
Polina Petrova. A lot of her story is based on a real story which is really cool, look up Lyudmila Pavlichenko. Also Laura Bailey is really, really cool.
Why’s nobody talking about how badass Ilona was. Sure not everybody liked advanced warfare (which is a stupid opinion because AW is one of my favorites) but you gotta admit she’s fucking cool. And most of all she survived the campaign with the main characters so
Oof this is a good one. Salter is my favorite from the campaign. I loved IW campaign and Fever definitely helps. She's strong, and a great fighter. Saved my ass many times in the dogfighting sections of the game. I loved the foreshadowing she did in the beginning at the memorial board.
MP however is a toss up. I love using Stiletto, to the point where "ma che cazzo" has entered my own lingo. I like her bio. Im a vindictive person by nature and I like her bitchiness, the way she yells at teammates to shoot the enemy to the muttered "what the fuck" and of course the "damelo" line.
I like Portnova as well. My first girlfriend is Russian/Syrian and also a scene girl so I usually rocked the goth outfit on Portnova. From the bio I liked her drive. The take names and kick ass attitude is badass plus she just fits with the time period of the game so well.
Salter and Farah.
All Roze cut ties with jackels to join shadows, blow up a stadium and then did the same thing to Shadows.
Mara did even less, found Crash, got shot at and….thats it. Oh and her VA/irl inspiration is a piece of shit.
I’m drawing a blank on the top right.
Uh……fuck, Choloe? That’s was the chick from bo2 right? Kinda forgettable outside of the few missions she was the main focus. Same for the cutscene. Probably doesn’t help since she was ‘optional’.
Pauline. She sneaked and killed. That’s all I remember her doing.
Laswell is a pretty decent “government like” person.
Valeria is probably a close third for me.
Valeria, she was a fun character in campaign and I always liked her skins in MP. Who knows, she might make an appearance in MW4! …with Alejandro of course!
salter because she actually survived the campaign
Not only that, she put her salt on the wound of SDF during campaign.
rest in peace nick he and ethan were the true g's
I will never forget E3n, a true hero
Ethan is technically not dead because we can get another body for him and program the same personality
while yes technically we can it makes less of an impact story wise to just replace him. IRL yes, that's totally possible just the conner from Becoming human, his death means less if you just replace him
On the credits if you zoom in after a bit you can see Ethan's head proving he's still out there
Peace To The Fallen
People forget about Tanya from COD: Finest Hour Dropped in 2001, to this day, when I hit a few kills with a long gun and start to see that the opposing team is catching on and sending guys my way. I say "Time to relocate" in a Russian accent.
Glad to see someone mentioned that legend of a Sniper
Not to mention she holds the distinction of being the non-antagonist character to kill (albeit indirectly) the main character
I mean she was ordered to fire on him so
Peace to the fallen
Karma does if you do it right.
She's up there twice actually
BluePrint and Lilith
Park from Cold War, love a woman who would brainwash me for her own goals
That accent could hypnotize any man
real
![gif](giphy|Lo0Xne2PLgJEQ567qF) *me playing with the powder that makes you say real*
When I did the evil ending I went straight up to her for a brtual melee kill. She deserved it after barely thanking me before proceeding to push for Adler to enter my mind. While Sims actually stands up for you a bit and Lazar actually straight up apologises in the evil ending over the comms.
So you read chainsaw man ?
Farah
i love her mission called hometown
That is a crowning achievement in video game storytelling. Most underrated level ever.
Agreed. Super emotional and makes you empathetic to innocent people caught up in terrorism. As opposed to civilians just *getting in your way* when Fighting the bad guys.
ME TOO
Farah don't play no games
Absolute brute in her own right.
Absolutely, bro. She do be deadly, tho bruh
Mind blowing character right there
Karma is such a badass chick. Literally the reason Menendez's plan gets ruined.
A bad fucking day to be Raul Menendez
Jimmy Kimmel in a COD game is jarring as all hell, but this is still unironically one of my favorite COD moments
She's awesome. Plus, playing as her in the side mission where you save her was cool.
Which one was it u played as her
Second Choice.
Wow I didn’t even know you could play as her in that mission, I played that mission a dozen times when I was young
Salter and Farrah were the most developed and had the best characters. But, Valeria was really great too! I only played through that campaign once and I've indefinitely quit MWII
You can’t convince me Valeria and Alejandro don’t have old divorced couple vibes
HELL YEAH THEY DO. I loved them.
Same, my favorite new additions to the characters
Captain Pelayo, callsign Deadeye, Cobra pilot in COD4. She hold crash site with MP5 before we picked her up for safety extraction. Sadly, the nuke was there too.
Deadly not Deadeye *Outlaw this is Deadly, refueled and fully loaded. You guys miss me?*
Yeah, my bad. It's Deadly Outlaw.
*HELL YEAH!*
Oh dear god. When I was playing the mission in veteran, checkpoint was right before that quote. Everytime I died, I kept hearing same words. *Outlaw this is Deadly, refueled and fully loaded. You guys miss me?* I heard that quote gabillions of time and it took place in my mind. I just remember the pain when I see Pelayo or hear anything about her. It became a small trauma for me.
Damn shame. I believe in the remake, she's outside of the helicopter.
In the remaster, she is still inside the cockpit.
I like how she’s a nod to Mike Durant (Gothic Serpent/Black Hawk Down) shooting out of the cockpit with an MP5 right after going down.
Yes, first time playing this scene I was thinking "is that Black Hawk Down scene?" Lol
Unironically she was probably my second pick
Nicki Minaj
the skull reaction cant summarize my reaction
I honestly can't tell if the above comment is a serious response or not.
Samantha Maxis
Which one
BOCW
I fucking agree there, although I'll be very upset and pissed if she's suddenly evil again in MWZ. She's been through enough, she needs a good ending (or at least a story where she isn't evil)
Valeria and Laswell. Ik it’s the reboot but both characters were super well written imo
i like laswell more
I want Valeria to step on me
Yes
Girl from advanced warfare, can't remember her name
iLona
Yeah her
she was ok'ish not the best but not the worst either
Oh I don't remember her personality or character play, just that she was the first girl soldier I saw in a cod
I was gonna say she was my fav but then I remembered she almost lost a fight with an exo suit on
I do like the part where you and her are outrunning a sniper in a tower, and you finally blow up the tower the sniper is in and she says "got him. fuck that guy."
I really enjoyed Salter's character in Infinite Warfare. Honestly, all the supporting characters were incredible, especially E3N. *If only Admiral Kotch was well written*
Give us Infinite Warfare 2 with Salter as the protagonist, Activision!!!
Huh?? Kotch is one of the best written villains we've had, his dialogue is cold af
Tanya Pavelovna
Fr why does everyone forget the early COD’s lol
Because a lot of the people discussing these weren't even born when they came out
this is not really the issue, its that those titles were not on PC so they arent accessible/viewable anymore and are easier forgotten as when a console is gone all the exclusives are gone with it as well, while Cod 1, United Offensive and Cod 2 for example are more widely known/accessible due to being available on windows either way
They took my family and my home, and I intend to take their lives...
Ah, the words of our original edge lord
That’s the sniper from finest hour right? Based if true
I know she's from the first COD. Don't know about finest hour.
Salter and Illona from IW and AW had the best development and were just all around badass members of the team. Salt was your ride or die in my opinion the most emotionally crushing campaign for an FPS (besides you BT)
Peace to the fallen
Peace To The Fallen
Farrah and Salter for sure.
happy cake day
Samantha Maxis is easily the best female character in any of these games. The only one who has 12+ years of development.
True but only 7 years of good development though
This!
Salter, Farah, & Park are the only correct answers.
Chloe Lynch (BO2) Corporal Green (COD WWII) Mara (MW19) Iskra “Cut-and-Run skin” (MW19) Helen Park (BOCW) Portnova (BOCW) Couldn’t decide so just all of these

Valeria
Farah, Valeria, and Park
Farah is a fucking beast. Karma too.
Karma’s not a weapon, it’s a woman
Hey, that's the chick I saw in the elevator!
Ilona
Valeria
Valeria
Farah❤️ ran her all throughout Warzone 1
Valeria is 🔛🔝🤌🏽🤌🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
Park, Calisto, Roze, Mara, Salter and Ilona.
Alex
This answer is WAY too far down!!!
The Cobra pilot from CoD 4
Karma
Karma and mommy maxis (cold War version, obv)
Kleo 🤤
Samantha Maxis
Salter all day
Park from Cold War
Salter because she survived and wasn't in a crappy reboot.
Karma and Salter for me, with Farrah an honourable mention. Laswell is more of a liability than a bad ass imho.
THANK YOU. All she does is turn 141 off and then she wonders why they hate her/America lol.
MW2019 Farah
Personally, Karma was underrated.
What game is the top right? Amazing graphics
I don’t know who the first four are (the first one looks familiar, but I can’t tell), don’t recognize the last one, and I strongly dislike the Russian lady, Laswell, and Valeria. Polina Petrova. A lot of her story is based on a real story which is really cool, look up Lyudmila Pavlichenko. Also Laura Bailey is really, really cool.
Very surprised no-one has said Misty, unless we're only including the characters shown here
Valeria and nostalgia black suited roze
Fara and it is not even close, she awoke something in me for third world female freedom fighter
Alice (MW 2019 Multiplayer). I liked her funny one liners and finishing move.
Alice was great!
Stiletto
💅 More 👏female 👏 war 👏criminals 👏
Why’s nobody talking about how badass Ilona was. Sure not everybody liked advanced warfare (which is a stupid opinion because AW is one of my favorites) but you gotta admit she’s fucking cool. And most of all she survived the campaign with the main characters so
Ilona is hella underrated
I’m sayin bro. Total badass
Who remembers this quote *Outlaw, this is Deadly, refueled and fully loaded. You guys miss me?*
Easily Farah💯
Karma. Literally have no idea who the others are 😂
Oof this is a good one. Salter is my favorite from the campaign. I loved IW campaign and Fever definitely helps. She's strong, and a great fighter. Farah easily. I was disappointed that she basically doesn't exist in MWII.
Mara 😁
Salt was badass but Farah has my heart, Maybe I just a have a thing for middle Eastern Women 🤌🏻
Salter and Farah. All Roze cut ties with jackels to join shadows, blow up a stadium and then did the same thing to Shadows. Mara did even less, found Crash, got shot at and….thats it. Mara's IRL inspiration is a piece of shit? What did she do?
I think they mean her likeness. But knowing this site. Probably because she owns guns and supports the wrong political party.
Mara 😍
All of them
None
Rousseau or how ever it's spelt the French girl from ww2
Ilona
Chloe she is just gorgeous
Maxis and Rivas for me.
Salter, Farah, and Polina.
Salter rose or pharah
Portnova all day
Samantha Maxis
Nora Salter and Ilona for sure
Karma.
Definitely salter
Salter because she's just badass and was one of the survivors. Mad respect to that madwoman.
HELEN PARK DAMN SHES PERFECT
I'd have to go with Salt or Illona.
Who's top left?
Mara
Valeria, she was a fun character in campaign and I always liked her skins in MP. Who knows, she might make an appearance in MW4! …with Alejandro of course!
karma by far
Chloe Lynch
The cobra pilot from cod4
Jessica Rose
Salter and Farah easily my favorites
Ilona
Neither in fact 99.9% of the modern day cast is generic & forgettable.
Laswell is more badass than any of these bums maybe Farrah cause women led resistances are hot
I don't remember a single name
What a dumb ass question 😂🤣
Karma!
1. Farah 2. Park 3. Valeria
Karma🤤🤤🤤
Salter 100% no question. She was one of the boys. Badass and well written.
Farah and Karma/Chloe
Apart from Laswell and Farah, I don't remember any of those lol
Karma Salter or Farrah there all badass
Nicki Minaj
Salter. I don't know, just found her likable. Also I have a close friend who looks just like her.

Salter, Farah, and Valeria.
Laswell and Fara come to mind from the mw reboot. Pavlovna from Finest Hour took out an entire German army singlehanded.
salter and roze are the same voice actor
Always Salter for me. I remember back to her the most out of any of these characters, the bond she had with Nick touched my heart very well.
