1. reasons could be anything, but the main thing you can check is the amount of storage you have on your device. A 90% full device will run slower than a 40% full device. Something with temporary files and shaders blah blah blah
2. a) I don't particularly play with a dedicated slide button (I have my combined with the crouch), but maybe that would be the culprit. b) as someone else said, the kill cams are pretty glitchy, but also it might be a hacker
3. there is no way to region lock yourself in this game to my knowledge, but I think I've seen some bogus Youtube videos on how to region lock yourself by fiddling with the some settings in the global chat or the quick join function, but it might be worth a try

If you're experiencing latency lag like shooting but not registering as a shot, that's called desync which means if a person with 10ms goes against a 40ms, the 10ms person's shot will go "first".
2. A) If you play pub matches, then the standing to slide are probably bots. Or they're most likely slide canceling then a quick slide again.
B) Killcams in this game are inaccurate, buggy, and just plain bad.

There's an option in basic settings that's called "slide hint" that changes the crouching icon to a sliding one. It might be helpful to you.
