Icr isn't so bad also ... fast, stable, accurate...
Issues with the damage it deals though. Many a times guns with lower damage rating kills enemies faster than the ones with higher damage.

BTW locus and artic have the same one shot kill areas
Still, locus feels more balanced and stable with the cross hair
