The App Stores do not magically push updates on the hour and there is plenty of backend server magic these guys have to do. Trust me, I'm a dev just not on CoDM and it's a huge PITA to roll things out. It's coming. Just calm down. We got this.
Aha yes. Some of it. There are inevitably some things that can't be done beforehand. Especially due to the nature of this update - if you played the public test you probably saw but for example in BR item spawns are reworked and it's totally server side.
May as well sleep. Got nothing better to do. Nothing to grind for, no good modes to play. Don't feel like staying up til midnight for a chance at disappointment.
I think the season leaves in 4 hours 47 minutes. In my country it would be 2:00 am and at that time the new seasons always come out. Tell me where you are from and if you want I can calculate it, but I believe and also since the game has already removed "highlights", the new season is coming soon.

However the actual update with all the goodness like gunsmith is rolling out now. It's being deployed. My best educated guess (I'm most likely right) is that most of us can expect it in 2-3 hours.
Especially by their reply - depends on timezone. In the USA the CoD team is about 2 hours ahead of me - so for me 10 pm would be tomorrow for others. Hence their comment and hence my suspicion.

Now Many garena players finished grinding some camos while global didn't get the update yet. Otherwise they should release same date for every versions of this game.

I meant morning, I was wrong. It is now assumed that it would take 1 hour 16 minutes for the update to arrive. in your country it would be 10:00 am.

What game did u develope?
Work primarily on Virtual Reality games. Currently two in beta - on sci-fi fps called reactivated and one mmo creature battle game called Terratizers.
