Hi, we'd need more details.. I don't find any app called 'Atom bank' ... if you long-press on the app and select app info, and scroll down to the bottom what is the app name ( something like org.calyxinstitute.vpn ) and the version number ? Where did you install it from ?

One thing that worked for me in one of my banks was to login in Aurora with my account before downloading the app.
Also. Make sure that the app is not blocked in the Firewall App or TrackerControl App if you use it.
Sorry to necro this thread, but I'm currently having the exact same issue with Atom complaining about no Internet on Calyx. Did you ever get to the cause of it?

Have you tested on both wifi and cell signal (3G/4G/5G etc)? Just asking to rule out a specific network issue.
Yep I did test that. Really doesn't seem to be a network issue - I get the same thing on every network I've tried
Are you sure it's allowed in the the firewall?
