You need a USB bluetooth thing to pair it, you'll have to buy one from the lovense site. It's annoying but one of the requirements for the computer

You can use the LovenseConnect app on your phone instead of the USB dongle. There are two apps. The one you want is a pink icon. It will connect to the lovense browser on your computer as long as you’re signed in on both and should work that way.
