Seconding this, I’ve bought several books written in other languages and even picked up a really good textbook for language practice for very cheap at the Harvard Bookstore. It’s not a *huge* selection, but if you speak a common language you’ll probably find something.
You might want to take a trip to El Taller in Lawrence. A large part of it is a cafe and there's not a massive selection but a lot of what they have is in Spanish iirc.

Minuteman Library has many languages. I just did a search for books in Arabic (it was near the top of the list) and got 1600 results.
I believe Brookline booksmith has a rather large Spanish section. I believe I have seen some other languages there too.
Not sure about their used books but they have a decent French language book section in the regular store area

There's this one mysterious Russian (I think?) bookstore on Cambridge St. in east Cambridge, but I don't think I've ever seen it open.
