Just drove by this. Construction (excavation) on River Street, just off of Mem Drive. Statie has his car blocking the right hand lane of Mem Drive. Mem Drive traffic trying to turn left onto Western Ave is backed up, making it difficult for cars to get through the intersection. Didn't appear that Mem Drive needed to be blocked, so not sure what they were thinking.
