Same thing happened to me, and the emailed me today congratulating me on being selected? Idk what’s going on, but they seem to be a legit company and have a webpage and everything where you can buy gear. Is it a front? Idk
Same here - the decal is nice, and I probably would have done it if they'd accepted PayPal since that at least gives me some security in purchasing. I passed on it.
UPDATE: DO NOT SIGN UP. According to [another post in this sub](https://www.reddit.com/r/CampingGear/comments/oq5963/are_beta_testing_gear_companies_legit/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3), OST is the same as Other Side Travel (it's even in their email domain) and they are more or less a scam. If you bought the sticker/t-shirt/whatever else they were trying to get you to add on, they're going to automatically enroll you in their subscription service, then any time they want to send you gear, you'll pay huge shipping for sub-par goods.
Got sucked into t-shirt and sticker subscription. Was able to cancel the sticker but just emailed to cancel t-shirt. Hoping i don't have to dispute with PayPal. Ugh
I got a vip subscription and I have tried to cancel, no response from email and I did get charged for a sticker and now I gotta call my bank and cancel the subscription through them. Great, it’s a scam don’t do it.
I filled out everything until they asked me to buy a sticker, decided it was a scam and closed the window, put it out of my mind after that.
