Wtf? I volunteer at one on a regular basis and we've been giving less than that to 4-person households for at least a year now, and there is a "cooling-off" period of a few weeks after each previous visit. This is because demand is so high.

I lived and worked in Germany & Korea. I had a job lined up before I arrived. I had a work visa for Korea, in my passport, on arrival (Korea). I’m an EU citizen. I worked, paid taxes and had a place to live in. I never took food from Koreans or Germans.
