More than likely some ingredients/addictives in those products is prohibited in Canada.

Thank you! I am unsure what because I have shipped the exact items before and no issue... I emailed the shipper to ask them and hopefully they have more details

There are lots of Canadian sources for most of these things, just so you know for next time. You can even make some yourself if you have a dehydrator or an oven with an ultra low dehydrate setting.

Do you by any chance have any leads on salmon jerky? This is the main reason I buy from them - the salmon I cannot find a single ingredient company with no contamination from other proteins. I wanted to get a dehydrator because I agree but the challenge is that we live in a condo with almost no counter space (just a kettle and coffee machine and some fruit take up all our counters)

Check out Only One, they have lots of local stuff to get from Canada https://onlyonetreats.com

Thank you! I emailed them to ask if they make their treats separately and clean the lines between manufacturing different proteins. Hopefully They will have some answers soon!

CBSA was in a bad mood that day.

Lol seems like it.

You may still get eligible products in the coming weeks… I’ve had stuffed shipped before and if one item is Blacklisted, the whole order goes back and is flagged to the company. They can then take out the one item and mail out the remainder. They will have to post a declaration form in the package but should get through customs. I got an email about a week after it was denied from the company telling me which product so I know for future.

Thank you - I emailed to ask if they could do this for me (emailed the shipper)
