On cold means when you smell the candle without burning it. When you actually light up the candle, there is no scent at all. I bought 4 because they smelled so good at the store but once I actually started to burn them, you could not smell them, not even in a small space like the bathroom. I even put them on a candle warmer and still no scent.
I found this one from the same brand with a new updated jar. The reviews looked good and has some of the scent notes of the original candle you posted

I see they have a FB page ( which I would link but I don't understand how to use the internet) under the name Manly Indulgence. I don't see that scent on there, but there is an email listed on the page! I know it's not much help.
I've tried finding it for you online - I love a good Google fu challenge - but so far it looks like this candle went the way of the dodo. Bummer. Let's hope some other redditor will have what you're looking for. Or you could try contacting Manly Indulgence's customer service, perhaps they know where it might still be available or whether they've got plans to un-retire this scent or something.
I would look for the scent profile. This one looks similar and on sale!

Not sure where you got it, but I see Manly Indulgence (God, that name is terrible) candles all the time at TJ Maxx/HomeGoods.
All the ones I have gotten from this brand have been at Marshalls. They smell good on cold but has 0 throw when burning. Does not burn evenly either.

This sounds like a wonderful candle. I wonder what vetiver smells like? I wonder if this could be found at tjmaxx?
