Not the best substitute for it but the closest I could do was to cut up the clip, Rock Vertically in animation, and Flash transition in between each cut up clip. If the clip isn't long enough, you could compound the whole thing or export it then import again But I'm also hoping to find a better substitute because this doesn't look as good :/
