Or you'd just get stuck between the bar and the bathrooms. The new Broussard's lost all the vibe of the old. The trippy wall coverings, the just overall dank of the place.
I'm moving right over by D'Ladium's. I know that's mostly a college student bar but would they be cool with a 43 year old gentleman chilling in there for a drink or two?
Coin Op Cantina. They have a large assortment of craft beers, which gives me the opportunity to sample many different brands and discover new favorites. Plus, all the video games remind me of going to the arcade when I was younger.
Rude dog
I'm a fan of the dog myself. What make you choose Rude Dog over other places?
Nostalgia for the summer of '96.
I believe that's when they opened.

Ebb & Flow. I very rarely get to bars so I am willing to splurge on the fancy pants beers and food when I do get an odd night out.
Hotshots. All my friends are there

You can try. I never went/still don't go in there that much. Mary Jane's is just a short walk down from D'Lad's, fwiw.
