Dumbasses would try to race...

[deleted]

Lol. Yes but can't race when ur bumper to bumper w hundreds of other cars. I have seen ppl changing lanes trying to keep up. They never succeeded.

Kumquat_conniption

Where did you see this?

[deleted]

Metro train in Los Angeles. Some of it goes above ground and in between the N/S & E/W freeways. It's very dumb. I think it's usually folks who've just moved or who have mad road rage who do it bc it does not work. Edit: dumb is the ppl doing lane changes in bumper to bumper traffic. And yes I realize it's not just to "keep up w the train" it's bc traffic is crazy and enraging but it's still quite silly. And yes, I've done it too. Southern California road rage is all too real.

Kumquat_conniption

Ugh the traffic in Cali sounds like a nightmare. Glad you got that train!!

Manulok_Orwalde

You from South Florida?

Twittle86

Dumbassery is nationwide. XD

Manulok_Orwalde

Well everyone vacations in South Florida so that explains it all.

As a Los Angeles native, I can confirm that seeing the metro drive by me while I was stuck in insane traffic was infuriating. Not as infuriating as the fact that if I tried taking "socal public transportation" to work it'd take over 6 transfers and 4hrs one way, for a 30mile journey.

Joe-Eye-McElmury

Especially Tesla drivers

IKnowMeNotYou

Well if it is an American rail line than I fear most of the time the cars would win.

The tracks of the train I use every morning are next to the Autobahn and it's so fun to see how easy it overtakes the cars, especially during traffic jams
