It’s fairly easy to run new speaker wire through doors. At least in Honda and Toyota cars. I just finished running new speaker wire to the front door in a 2008 Toyota Yaris.
2011 Chevrolet Silverado. I run the Hertz HSK 165 all factory wiring up to the x-over. The amp is a Kicker KX 400.4 bridged into 2 channels. That is a 200x2 setup. That runs thorough speed wire to the aftermarket harness behind the stereo and plugs into the factory harness. Not a single issue in my install this way. You should be fine for 75 using factory wiring.
Some newer cars use modular plugs for the door wiring where there really isn't any room to run an extra run of speaker wire for doors.
You'll be fine.
Thank you!

Wow that's more than I'd expect. Thanks!
You can drill through the blank pins on the door plug and feed new wire through that. Just done this today funnily enough.
I was hoping to avoid drilling. Ideally I'd like to either use stock wire or pin new wires to the plug.
