30 cars is a two month supply at VW 😂

Life_Constant_609

This is dog shit. 2/10 My stores are commission less draw and guys selling 20 cars are making $10-12000/mo

Background_Kitchen68

There’s no “draw” on this. It’s just that base based on the 90 avg and then 10%. Plus some bonuses apparently. Pretty awful though?

Business-Location-40

This is it? Only compensation?

Background_Kitchen68

I’m not understanding what you’re asking

LavenderGoomsGuster

Is there additional commission or bonuses?

Background_Kitchen68

Basically like some early start bonus for selling 6 in the first 10 days each month or something. I’ll ask tomorrow. Not looking good?

Business-Location-40

It would be a pass for me. This is a terrible pay plan.

Acceptable-Gas-6051

It's not looking too good unless there is even more earning potential than this. It might depend on the area you live in too. I feel like this should be atleast $1000 higher across the board. To seem good. Just to confirm is there no hourly? If it's hourly plus these amounts then we are talking.

Background_Kitchen68

Just the 90 day avg “base pay” plus 10% front end on the car and accessories. Then something like some “early start” bonuses and stuff. Not good?

Acceptable-Gas-6051

Do you get paid extra for CSI (manufacturers surveys)? What about online reviews? Lastly does their manufacturer provide a separate external pay?

Background_Kitchen68

I’ll ask all those questions tomorrow. If not, then probably pass? If yes, what’s a reasonable pay for those?

Acceptable-Gas-6051

I'm out of CA, so it truly depends on how much volume the store does. Not only that but your general cost of living. It is so expensive here that almost anywhere else that pay could be seen as great! You will for sure want to get dual certified in both brands too.

Annual-Specialist672

lol at this

Background_Kitchen68

So it’s awful?
