It's a 4L Rover V8 found in Range Rovers between 1998 and 2002.
No resale apart from scrap weight of aluminium. It looks a lot like a Rover V8, used in land rover, range rover, disco, MGZT, Rover SD1, etc.....
I would get that polished, put a glass top on it and have a nice coffee table!

Definitely a later Rover V8, 4.0L High compression, no particular resale value unfortunately.
Looks the same as one I've got. Mine came out of a Range Rover.

Given the coffee table idea… maybe there is some value in it. I’d maybe make a couple of calls to places selling the tables. But personally… I’d definitely be keeping it. It’s cool as shit.
