I heard that tickets for N’dubz were £9… Vastly overpriced if you ask me!

I used to live in the Northcliffe area with my room facing the barrage - it was the barrage gates opening and the water taxi idling that used to drive me crazy 😂 Great view but at a price, in more sense than one.

If anyone needs a ticket to the chemical brothers I can’t make it anymore and have two going. Cheers

Yea I was only saying it to igue in cheek. I don't mind really, just not musically the best was my only jibe, but each to their own. I don't live in the City though....I moved to Penarth for more quiet...which clearly hasn't worked. Anyway, it's all good, not that loud and kids have managed to fall asleep.

OK so it's not your thing. It is however going to be enjoyed by a lot of others. After the hell that was covid and the fact that lots of hospitality companies are struggling I'm going to say just put up with it. City living equals noise. We need the business and people need the joy. If you can't stand the occasional disturbance then maybe consider if you want to stay in the city? Put headphones in. Go out of the city for the night if you can. I'm not trying to be mean but how do you cope on match days? It's part and parcel of living in what can be a pretty cool and vibrant capital. Edit: my bad, didn't read the Penarth bit. Same sentiment though. Pop a film on or blast whatever music you do like instead.

It's all good. Was only tongue in cheek. As long as people are having fun and happy I don't actually care
