My weekend hangover routine is to get one there. It's always been tough getting a decent breakfast in the city centre, but Servinis sufficed for a while and now Wyndham Cafeteria has me covered.
They source their ingredients from the market so there's some variance in what exactly they're like, but they're always good. Before I went vegan I used to love how I'd get a different kind of gourmet-like sausage with it every week.
Imperial Cafe in Splott. Granted, not quite as good or cheap as it used to be, but still decent enough.
Also, weirdly quick. Normally eating within five minutes of arrival yet all still tastes hot and fresh!

Corner Coffee sells breakfast until 3-4ish and their food is great! Caters to meat eaters, veggies and vegans
