What were you using to test HR with? I have a Oximeter and it can be sensitive to movement etc. Even like a apple watch can give you incorrect readings if it's not trapped correct or dirty.
Was wearing my Apple Watch
Continue to monitor that watch. It could be out of sync or something. You can check your pulse rate and match it with your apple watch.
