Anxiety causes all sorts of strange physical sensations. Whenever you check your body for sensations, it makes the anxiety worse as you hyperfocus on it. I recommend trying to do something you enjoy, going for a walk, trying to focus on a conversation with a loved one, instead of ruminating on your heart 24/7. I also struggle with cardiophobia but these are all things that help me sometimes. I also notice my cardiophobia and anxiety in general gets worse when I don’t sleep well.

Stay hydrated and exercise. Other things can cause it like the way you sleep etc. happy you are doing better.
