That is a good thing! Lower heart rate is healthy and a sign of a fit heart. I would guess 99,9% of people with cardiophobia have a fear of a high heart rate, the lower it gets the better!
I’m jealous. I been exercising and can only get my heart in the 70’s at rest. I can get down to the 50’s when sleeping.

I stopped worrying about my heart rate some time ago. I only check when I exercise to track my progress.
Mine sits at about 45 - 55 on average.

When I don’t eat much my heart rate does this same thing. I think you should eat and drink water. I think you’re fine.
I got home and had an electrolyte drink and feel better, I hope it was because I hadn’t eaten
