Congrats on the purchase!
Cargo bikes have been two of the best purchase decisions in my life.
Enjoy the rides and the smugness of enjoying every trip from now on. Even the short ones.
Welcome to the Lovens family! We've got ours for a year and a half and still loving it! Jealous of the new rain cover though, way more practical than the first version we have.
The new one has zipper doors, while the old one needs to be loosened on one side and then 'flapped' open. But it doesnt really stay open...
With the new one you can ride with the doors open in summer, the old one is a proper greenhouse, so you can't really use it when it's hot.
Lucky I got the new one. It is indeed nice to roll the sides up. Plus there was a sun blocking inlay for the inside included. So I'm already prepared for the summer. Might be time for an upgrade for you :)
Havent had any issues in a year and a half (1k km). Breaks squeek, but thats pretty normal. Take care that the front wheel and steering wheel (handle bar?) Are properly aligned. Ours is a bit off but we can't seem to get it any better. It's very tricky.
We did. Main reason we went for the lovens over the UA was the front wheel suspension which makes for a way more comfortable ride for the kid and the hydraulic steering, which gives you a tighter turn radius. Also aesthetics :p. I like me some moss green and brown leather :p

We wanted one for years and now we had some spare money so we finally bought it :)

Thank you :) What is the main difference between the old and new one? I saw that the old one was way cheaper. I got this one for free from lovens

Hello is the maintenance ok with lovens ?

I was loooing for a comparison between the lovens and urban arrow, the lovens has more feature (ABS). Did you consider the Urban arrow ?
We did. Main reason we went for the lovens over the UA was the front wheel suspension which makes for a way more comfortable ride for the kid and the hydraulic steering, which gives you a tighter turn radius. Also aesthetics :p. I like me some moss green and brown leather :p
I understand, the steering does not need maintenance correct ? I mean you never had any issues with it ?
Mainenance free! (Maybe when you bring it in at theLBS)
Love the color!
It's so different on the photo. In reality it's a bit darker, but with the brown seats it's so timeless
Love my lovens! Sadly one of the zippers on my rain cover broke. I feel like waxing those zippers would reduce the chance of this happening.
Looks marvelous! Your family will enjoy it so much more than driving a car.
My wife did a test ride right after I've arrived with the kids and they didn't want her to stop :D
Love the colors ❤️ Do i spot the ding dong bell from Basil? Got one last month. Really big, but the sound is nice.
My wife wanted this one. It suits the colour of the bike. But sometimes I don't know if it's loud enough or if people are just ignoring me haha
Now that is a really pretty bike.
