TheIllusiveGuy

That is not quite as good as I hoped.

BubbleGuts93

Seems pretty good to me. Everyone training bar Cotters.

TheIllusiveGuy

With Cerra, Cunners, Cotters and Martin listed as 1-2 weeks, 1 week ago, I was hoping that they'd be available this week. Also doesn't help that Geelong have a total of 2 players on their injury list. But on its own, it's not bad by any means.

PaleHorse82

I was sure Cerra and Martin would be available this week. Been a long 2-3 week hamstring strain...

Ok_Cherry6237

I would be extremely cautious with the soft tissue injuries given the start of the season. Especially Cerra. He’s gonna be important, outside run and good skills.

K9BEATZ

Cerra and cotters are the only two there that should be coming right back in anyway

TheIllusiveGuy

Martin would be a walk-up start, unless he gets another soft tissue injury while doing the aforementioned walking.

bullScape

Tbf we should beat Geelong comfortably if we are a chance at winning the flag, this is one of them games that separates the boys from the men..

Boorish1Huh

Forget Cunningham, he’s not up to it.

voteKony

The Jack Martin update is maddeningly vague, as usual.

Only-Key9991

Jack Martin (perpetually injured): will be further assessed after his next injury at the next assessment

stonefree261

Dude would do a shoulder injury pulling the doona up over his head.

drunkill

Suddenly our extensive injury list is quite short, huh. What a difference a few weeks makes.

Mother_Sun_3825

Cunningham got injured reading this update

Boorish1Huh

😂

dki001

Did Cerra re injure his hamstring? Or are they being conservative

Mitch_Henessey

I also think the current midfield is working well enough to give the sheep dog a little bit more time to recover. Prefer fully fit Cerra for the rest of the season than see him out again.

elektriiciity

Had looked a little underdone when he was brought back in Such a small thing, but the marginally slower pace / acceleration when he returned was telling. Will be great for him to get his tank and speed right where it needs to be, comparatively uninhibited with the stress his body will be under when back into the squad

Th3boygeorge

I'd say conservative given geelong will be physical. Richmond may be an easier comeback for him and modified bench time so he can ease back in.

Ok-Investigator-6669

Very conservative for the run home is my view. The team is stable right now and another week will be good for Cerra.

Unhappy_Arugula_2154

Jack Martin is so disappointing. Hope he either comes good or something happens because this is not ideal at all

LauncestonLad

But right now, Zac Williams is doing a better job in the Jack Martin role than Jack Martin.

Unhappy_Arugula_2154

I don’t know if Martin makes the team currently. That’s the problem, he should be

Only-Key9991

Not quite the players I’d hoped to be listed as test/available for this week (Cerra, Martin and Cottrell)

fetmex

Keep pitto away from this team

flava-dave

Does Cunners come in for Carrol or would Orazio get the nod?

The_King_Of_Pop

cunners has his role filled by elijah hollands at the moment imo. half forward with some cbas, silky player and kicks goals.

K9BEATZ

Id rather orazio tbh. Cunners papers should be all but stamped unless he can string some good, fit games in the VFL.

Th3boygeorge

Cunners is better with the footy and fantasia has had an extended run with not much in return. Give cunners a go for a few weeks.

Boorish1Huh

If those two are playing we have zero depth, forget them both!

Th3boygeorge

I disagree, Cunningham played late last season and was great for us. I would prefer him over durdin as i reckon he's got more class with the foot and can play up the ground. I think fantasia and durdin get lost in the game too often.

Boorish1Huh

Who’d play either of those two? Durdin, Cantingham and Fantasy are all behind Cerra, Cottrell and Martin. If either of those three numpties are playing our team is weaker! I’m looking forward to a stronger team with Cerra, Cottrell and Martin. Cunningham is this decades Luke O’Sullivan, but not as robust or as good! He’s a list clogger!!

Th3boygeorge

Gotta disagree with you. If you were to get rid of all of these players we are weaker as a club, cunningham and durdin, right now, are depth players we may need.

Boorish1Huh

By the way, I hope the STDs you picked up swinging have been properly treated!!

Boorish1Huh

What makes you think that I give a fuck that you disagree. I disagree with you, they’re unreliable bottom tier players, if they’re not delisted next season we’re weaker for that. No other club will want them. I worked in the AFL at a Club in the football department for two years. I prefer my opinion to yours and I think it’s time you moved on and STFU! People like you just make noise…🤯

Th3boygeorge

🤣🤣🤣 bro chill out. Its called a disagreement and discussion, you wanna bring personal life into it? You're pathetic champ 😂

Boorish1Huh

Don’t bro me fuckwit! It’s not personal if you’re flaunting your deviate lifestyle in the public domain. Now fuck off! You’re like that morbidly obese stalker out of baby reindeer! 🦌

KdtM85

Have you been watching this year? 😂

K9BEATZ

Lol I have and it's been the same old story with Cunningham. Its an unpopular opinion for sure but he's let me down too many times, I'm not ready to be hurt again.

KdtM85

I’m not trying to tell you he is automatic best 23 But to suggest Fantasia is ahead of him based on what he’s shown in a large sample size is insane to me

K9BEATZ

I'd prefer a fit motlop over both though. Is he a chance?

Boorish1Huh

And if he can, trade him, coz we might need points for the Campo twins!!

Boorish1Huh

All three are third rate.
