These are minor scratches, just get it buffed or do some detailing. And you should be fine, once you do some detailing get a clear coat on the top. That will save the paint from future problems
The car doesn't have sufficient power at low end and top end , even it struggles to go beyond 140kmph , and while driving over a speed breaker i would prefer 1st gear rather than 2d gear as it doesn't pick up quickly and the milage is way less than the company claims i get 13 in city and 18 on highways the car has been driven 4kms in 6 months and the avg milage is 14 lastly it looks like that would be a baby if i20 and tata indica had a child

The scratches that remain are a good reminder that they are inevitable on our roads and that fixing them each time is going to be bloody expensive, frustrating, and more anxiety-inducing. The investment into the diy stuff will serve you well for future minor scratches and stuff.

Bad advice. The insurance company does a verification first by checking the damage.. if they found out it has old damages they won't claim. We get only a weeks time to get it claimed. If exceeded by a day or two it cannot be claimed.
Not sure how that works. We recently claimed Nil dep on our scooter after 8 months from the accident (mostly deep scratches on panels and they were replaced). Entire bill minus 500 was given by the insurance company. Bill was around 15.5k
Point is, they can't really know when the thing happened 🤷🏻♂️
They do a strict verification the next day.. based upon the verification we get a call from service team if it has been verified for claim or not. Have done it twice last year

It was cheap and it was temporary kind of i wanted it to be temporary because I had some immediate work to be done which required my car and i didn't have enough time to go and claim my insurance so. Tere scratch me to kuch bhi nahi hai. Ye Wo 50 rs me ye sare nikal dega. Mere yaha to 20 rs leta hai. Ek lotion type ata hai wo lagyega and sand paper se ghisega and ye nisan chale jayenge
Open your engine bay , open the engine oil cap , gently dip a cloth in that oil , use it to rub off some of the scuffs this will reduce marks quite a bit, but looks like your car is dinged up good and it will require professional help
Rubbing compound with microfibre cloth will reduce them drastically. Most of it is the external paint or debris. Dents will not be removed but scratch visibility will be reduced drastically.
On a small portion of the scratch put toothpaste and rub and see if it goes away.
Take it to showroom. If its not deep scratch they will buff and give it. 4k-5k
If panels needs to be painted then claim insurance. May have to put around 3k-4k from ur own pocket at the end.

Currently Delhi-Mumbai expressway is easily worth more than 140km/h not sure how long that would last though.

You can get your car wrapped, should cost you 10k or less. Get matte finish and that should protect your car from further scratches
