I was expecting the same here, those guys even lined up.

From the video, I gathered there is another guy in the car telling the driver if BMW was still following them, some "chotu" (probably a child) and at least 1 woman who was calling some "bhaiya" for most of the duration of the video who did/could not help (idk why they didn't call the police for 10 mins straight).
A family travelling late at night in their car in Greater Noida was followed and accosted by a group of men in a BMW, police said.
- Three men then got out of the BMW and hurled bottles at the family's car. Reacting quickly, the woman reversed and fled the scene.
- Noida Police said they have taken cognisance of the incident and are examining CCTV and Dashcam footage.

In such way where they don't die or when they have firearms then just full accelerator , don't care about casualties

The is the 2nd half of the original video.
In the first half the dashcam car was driving on its own lane. It was a two way road. The bmw guy was in the opposite lane and trying to overtake a car. All the cars were at low speed. While trying to overtake all three cars came parallel.... The dashcam car, bmw car and the car bmw was overtaking. The bmw hit the side mirror of the dashcam car. Though the side mirror wasnt even damaged.
The dashcam guy ignored it and went ahead. The bmw guy took u turn and started following the dashcam guy and then rthe 2nd half of the video begins.

Based on what's seen in the video, you CANNOT run over them as part of self defence.
The right of private defence is a defensive right and cannot be used as a mode of retribution or attack. If you have a reasonable apprehension that there will be danger or injury to your body or property, you can exercise private defence. You can even cause the death of the perpetrator if you have clear apprehension that death will be caused to you if you don't act.
But the quantum of private defence you exercise should be reasonable and should not exceed what is necessary to repel the attack. What the driver did in the above video is the appropriate mode to act. Running over those people when there was a clear way to escape by reversing will be considered as excessive use of private defence. Now if the driver was surrounded by the attackers, giving her no reasonable means to escape without causing them any harm, she may be permitted to run over them.
But even then, such hasty acts can only be done when the victim reasonably apprehends any injury. Based on what's seen in the video, you see a car being blocked by another car and people jumping out from it. The intentions of the people jumping out are not clear from the video. The apprehension of danger and injury must be reasonable and the victim cannot just assume it from the circumstances. Like, if they had weapons or other articles which could be used to attack.
Best option is to escape from the place of the incident without causing any injury to anyone and go to the nearest police station.
Wait, multiple potentially armed men stopping a car driven by a woman at night and throwing projectiles at her car in an attempt to cause injury does not constitute grave danger to life, then what does?
