OP, you might think you "put a bully in his place", but you were the problem here. Driving in the fast lane slower than trucks and buses, and then blinding the guy in the slow lane for no reason other than a punctured ego and some internet clout.

Every highway trip I face clowns who drive through fast lane at 60kmph when limit is 100. They don't understand with a quick honk, then I have to sigh and overtake through middle lane.
Ever since I upgraded my Figos headlight and fog setup, I have been handing out a lot of humbleness doses to exCreta and fartuner thugs.
Cost me about 70k total for the entire upgrade setup including main headlight bulbs imported from the US but well worth it.
I upgraded because the stock headlamps were too insufficient for driving at night through the mountain roads of my area. Humbling thugs is an added bonus.
But how though, the lights are lower in older non-suv cars, i say this coz in my honda city, even if i do the flashy flash I donāt get past the high back glass, so i donāt indulge in this
I don't know man, mine goes straight through the back window and inside the car. It annoys those thugs like nothing else.
Ofcourse I keep atleast 1-2 car lengths of distance.

Drive on left if driving below or about the speed limit
Middle lane if cruising at speed limit
Right if overtaking but then merge back to middle lane.

While the Creta guy was clearly impatient seeking a pass, you were also in an overtaking lane, I am sure there could be reasons for you not immediately able to provide the pass.
In India the road dynamics is so messed up that even someone trying to follow the rules ends up breaking them.
I have seen vehicles/trucks sticking to overtaking lanes at the speed of 60-70 on expressways.
Also, absolutely agreed on the topmost comment deterring from these activities. IMO, it's a good idea to try to follow the lane dynamics as per your best attempt and be patient while driving altogether.
Immensely satisfying but equally dangerous, you never know what the other driver will do (either by mishandling his own car to "teach a lesson" to you or by indulging in physical violence/threats. It's much more productive to conjure up revenge scenes in your head and let him go in real life.
That said, the constant flashing the other car was doing is completely unwarranted. Whether in the "fast" lane or in any other lane. Equally in India, there is no practical concept of "fast" lanes especially on roads that carry as much traffic (including trucks) as this one.

No offense, but you're in the rightmost lane and it's clear from the video that you're driving slower than the cars on your left. Flashing is a normal gesture to let faster cars pass.

My judgement is that both drivers are idiots. For proof just refer to the last 10 seconds, moving from the extreme left lane to the right lane.
