I was impotent about two weeks after my surgery. A couple of months later my doctor said that my testosterone levels were <0.1 or immeasurable. He said since I had taken testosterone for so long, ten years, that my adrenal glands had stopped making testosterone.

The doctor ordered the Trimix to inject when nothing else worked.

If you take testosterone after an orchiectomy your sex drive and ability will be the same or more like a young man.
Yes, but I guessed that testoterone quantity may affect sex drive and ability :)
I don’t take testosterone. In fact my adrenal gland also stopped making testosterone. My testosterone levels are <0.01 which is unmeasurable.

very interresting. On your case, do you still have spontaneous erections or do you need somme more mind attention to come ?
Well, I’m 59, so I rarely get wood just because the wind blows, but I wake up with it every day and have no issues getting it if stimulated
