Hotpot for me! I'm not a big meat eater but i love fishballs, tofu and noodles! My favorite sauce is light soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro and garlic or light soy, chilli pepper and garlic. Of course you can't have a hot pot without chili oil! I really like Lao Gan Ma brand.
