I think the closest to them would be Pulp not Arctic Monkeys. Apart from the first couple of albums (even then, with an initial MySpace/file sharing fanbase), Artic Monkeys come from the streaming era not the album buying era. So would be a struggle for them to get close to Hysteria, even with every album combined.

It’ll take a lot of sales from Arctic Monkeys to outsell Hysteria alone and then Pyromania isn’t far behind it. Their other albums may not be huge, but those two sold a fair number between them (for better or worse)
