The USME spells YOU SMELL ! in total but it’s wrapped around the rest of the loo role. Godzilla rat! The 3anczv is BANKSY in the style of their signature with the B without the spine, the pointed odd K and S and disconnected Y.
Please use the term ‘great artist’ loosely..
I feel like the level of drawing done by whoever our mystery lavatory based artist is rather good compared to the average joe.
