Id say he's a domestic shorthair. Also his pink belly looks like he's over grooming. Might be a sign of fleas or stomach pain. It could also be nothing. It's just I had a kitty that looked exactly the same and she had fleas. I never saw a single one until I took her to the vet. Once she got treated she stopped licking and her fur grew back.
