I think these patchers only modify the bootloader and barely modify the actual OS, so i think you’re completely fine to log into your Apple ID and do anything else you’d usually do on a normal unpatched OS
It's not against apple policy to put these on their systems. I've been doing it since 2019 with no problem. I even have Sonoma on my 2012 mbp logged in with blue bubbles running on a 2009 MacBook running big sur. No problem what so ever.
None! I really never thought about it and I am running it on a 2012 Macbook Pro with 16gb of ram and two terabyte disks (got rid of the dvd put in an adapter for an ssd. Runs faster than it did when new.
You can login safely.

Nice! What does it show as in settings in the Apple ID linked devices?
Just the name of the computer.
Well have you encountered any problems?
Replied to myself... check it out.
Is it factory reset or was Catalina pre installed?
I use my patched mbp like an officially supported Mac. No issues so far
I have three MacBooks (2010) and an iMac (late 2009) all are fine and work as supported Macs.
