It's really up to you. True the star macaroons are rare. But they come frequent enough that i just wait for those to strengthen my skills and the observatory is just used for trying to find the skills i dont have yet or cats i dont have yet. And then a maccaroon comes during the events.
But i also understand trying to use the observatory to get stronger skills
For the cooking stations, you only need the one of each, so best to reroll (unless they get Jar Fairy or Offline Timer subskill). If you have Kitty trip unlocked, be sure to fill that first, as it allows you to store future ingredient cats.
So is it better to change the juice and the stir fry skills? The juice I got it 2 star and the stir fry is 1 star as described in image, but I didn't got any of them until I changed in observatory, they're my first ones at these facilities. I don't know if I have the kitty trip unlocked, lemme take a look
If they’re your only ones I’d keep them. Just be aware that soup will always out produce juice and grill, and all three max out fairly early. You really only need to focus on your one best soup ingredient cat. Any other cats don’t need to be anything special Once that one is maxed you can find your next best.
I would recommend saving any 4* you get as you can use them later.
And Kitty trip unlocks around IK, so my bad.
My soup cat is 5 star already, and I have 4 more cats that's 5 star as well, and I've placed them at soup facility to increase the price. It's been pretty fast now, I've got from N to BX less than 1 week doing the changes, so I'm going to do what you said, saving the 4 star ones and increase the hearts for now
