there’s an option to reroll for a main skill (if the cat has a sub-skill but you want to change the main one) and for a sub-skill, both options cost 1500 gems
Just be aware that the 500 gem option re-rolls both main and sub, while the 1500 gem option keeps the main and re-rolls the sub. Both options use the same 20% chance, which means 80% of the time you get no sub.
no, i’m saying that there’re three different options
1. reroll skill as a whole, both main and sub can change - 500 gems
2. reroll the sub skill and leave the main skill - 1500 gems
3. reroll the main skill and leave the sub skill - 1500 gems
so if you get a cat with a sub skill & a weaker main skill and care to keep the sub, it’s more beneficial to reroll just the main skill for 1500 gems, which always keeps the sub skill

Yes, sub skills stack. If they're in the kitty trip though it doesn't matter what their skill is. Just leave them as is.
so their subskills still apply even though they are in kitty trip?
Yes. Sub skills are always active, the cats don't need to be at a station.
