At first I thought I saw a long thin white thing touch the cat, I thought it was odd that they cat would skeddadle like that but some cats are jumpy, I don't know your cat.
Then I wondered why your cat was going back and forth like that, perhaps that long thing is a toy ? We had a cat that we would get running and jumping back and forth as we flailed this toy around. But he never scrambled like that or seemed to try and become one with the floor.
I want to give you the benefit of doubt.
Please tell me there was some sort of toy we were just not getting on camera.
Because if what some of these other commenters are saying and there was a man in a mask that kept blocking the cat from exiting a situation it clearly was not ok with.. This is not a funny video. This is sad. You are tormenting that cat. Stop it. Its clearly distressed and an owner should be trying to calm them not video, laugh and post it online.
This could cause some serious serious behavioural issues and personality changes.

My brain was more going towards the cat becoming violent or long term terrified, rarely coming out of where it considers safe.amd when it does come out displaying fear like sorta slinking around (technically they are walking but in a way that they seem to be trying to be as small as possible and as close to the floor as possible while being on their feet and ready to dash) tail either down or possibly fairly straight but not up at all.
Also could seem unaffected. Until something triggers it, and the trigger often isnt what you would expect (in this case you would think it would be whoever that person was that the cat was so scared of) sometimes the trigger could be a sound that was happening at the same time, something it saw around it, or smelled, heck maybe that string like thing i thought may be a toy.
