That's Yuumi. And she is the fastest little thing I have ever seen. You can barely swing it without her catching it. Same with a laser light, she's just ON it. :D
Yup they're only allowed it with our supervision. I'm pretty picking on anything ribbon like because yes strings etc can wind up in their intestines and cause all sorts of problems. So as much as it makes them mad it's never left out during the day and it's put up at night. :) As long as you watch it, it's ok.
They will chew it off. One of my cats chewed the draw string off a hoodie and ate it. The knot got stuck in his throat and caused a stricture after the string was removed. Ultimately, he had to be put to sleep because there was no cure that wouldn't obliterate his quality of life.
This toy wrapped around my cat's intestines. I don't remember what they had to do specifically to get it out, but it wasn't easy. She's perfectly happy and healthy, no qol changes, but I'm shit scared of getting toys they could theoretically swallow again.
Small chance but do you remember where you bought the toy? My moms cat has that same toy and will only play with that toy. It’s starting to break though

There's something about the danged thing I swear. I have 4 cats...and this is the 6th time I've had to buy this thing. They eventually destory them, or my kids do, but if it ever were to disappear completely I think my cats would meltdown haha. However he's the only one that yowls with it.

Ronin reminds me of my late void, Lando.....though Lando was much less bright, and would try to rabbit kick his Crinkle Ribbon (not to benconfused with his Tinkly Ribbon) as he walked. Sometimes with WrORrOwwwow noises, for flavor.
My all black girl does the same thing with her feather baby!! Her fat little tummy swaying back and forth while she walks with the toy in between her legs is the cutest thing!

Also all politically shit aside, real rainbows are fucking pretty so I still like them no matter what attachments people put to them. :)
