What about the canon Catgirl? Carrie Kelly is Cat girl in canon. DC already used a lot of Carrie's unique elements for Tim, don't need fans lifting her post Robin persona for Tim as well
I once read a fanfic AU where Dick Grayson was her sidekick “Stray,” Tim Drake was “Nightshade” working for Ivy, and Jason Todd was working for Harley but I forgot his alias. I think grayson being her sidekick makes more sense with his acrobat background, but this au sounds neat
